Credits: Supervision by – Hugh Harman and Rudolf Ising Summary: Bosko the Mountie tries to get his man. Description: During a terrible blizzard, a Mounted Police sergeant is pacing back and forth in his headquarters. The door opens and Bosko the Mountie is blown in. As the sergeant tries to shut the door against the force of the wind, Bosko grabs hold of his sergeant’s pants, but the wind pulls both him and the pants off. Bosko then grabs on to his sergeant’s underwear, which is also pulled off, leaving the sergeant with a bare bottom as he finally gets the door shut. “These yours, Mr. Sergeant?” Bosko asks, holding up the sergeant’s pants. The sergeant puts his pants back on, then shows Bosko a poster of a wanted criminal and shouts “Get your man!”. “Who, me?” the timid Bosko replies, but he’s soon on his way. Bosko gets on a dog sled and orders the three dogs to mush through the blizzard. After a series of body-stretching winds and hills, the sled crashes into the side of a saloon, melding the dogs together into one three-headed dog, which scurries away. Bosko notices the same wanted poster on the side of the saloon, so he polishes his badge on his behind and pulls out two enormous guns from his pants. He walks in and notices Honey dancing atop a table, so he puts his guns back down his pants and joins her. Bosko then entertains the saloon patrons (beavers, dogs, birds, a cow, and a Mickey-ish mouse) with a piano number. Bosko stops suddenly when the criminal he’s been looking for walks in and starts shooting. When the peg-legged outlaw walks over to the bar, Bosko creeps up behind him with his gun and nervously says “Youse arrested!” When Bosko shoots, a cork pops out of his gun. The outlaw then pulls his own gun out, and Bosko, thinking fast, spits out the flame of the lamp above him. A gun battle ensues in the darkness, and when the light comes back on the criminal doesn’t know where Bosko is. Bosko appears behind him and shoots him in the behind with a machine gun. The criminal then lunges at Bosko with a sword, but Bosko evades him as the outlaw crashes into the saloon doors and gets stuck. Bosko picks up the sword and jams it up the criminal’s behind. He shouts out in pain and pulls the sword out of his rear, then lunges towards Bosko again. Bosko takes a gun off the wall and blasts the criminal, leaving him hairless. The saloon patrons laugh as the naked criminal runs out in shame. Notes:
